OEHHA Holding Public Hearing on Proposed Prop 65 Warning Regulations and Website

On March 25, 2015, the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment will be holding a public hearing on its proposed Proposition 65 warning regulations. The meeting, which begins at 10 am, will be held at the Sacramento Cal/EPA headquarters building located at 1001 I Street.  OEHHA is allotting only two hours for this meeting.  At 1:30 pm at the same location, OEHHA will hold a public hearing on the proposed Proposition 65 website.  That hearing is scheduled to end at 4 pm.  Written comments are due by April 8, 2015.

GLO previously reported on these regulatory developments, which will transform the Proposition 65 compliance and enforcement landscape. These issues deserve more time than the two or so hours being allotted to each of them.
